Our story began in October 2018. Our friend groups had started hanging out after our high school football games on Friday nights. This quickly turned into Saturday nights as well, as we all had a lot of fun together.

Cassie had started to develop feelings for James, unaware that he felt the same way. We both told our best friends who schemed to get us talking, as we both are pretty shy. One night Cassie's friend called her and sent Cassie James' phone number to her. She told her she knew (from James' friend) that he was definitely interested, and it was time to make a move. We ended up talking until around 4AM, which still happens all too often today. We began officially "talking" sometime in November 2018, and James made it official on December 14th 2018.

We have faced many different situations together, and we have only become a stronger couple. We both knew early on that we wanted to be together for the rest of our lives, but we decided to wait until we were in college to get engaged.

One night while we were on a cruise with James' parents, we had planned to have a nice dinner at a steakhouse on the boat. After a fabulous dinner and dessert, James took Cassie on a walk to the top of the boat. Once we got somewhere private James got down on one knee and proposed, and Cassie obviously said yes!

After (almost) 7 years of being together we are so excited for this day to finally be here, and to able to spend it with all of you. You are all so special to us, and we couldn't imagine spending one of the most important days in our life with anyone else! We are so grateful to be able to spoil you with an evening of dinner, dancing, and music, and we are looking forward to making more memories with you all.
